After discussion with you, identification of the services to be provided outlined below, verification of the vessel in question, the time frame, availability of appropriate crewmembers, and agreement on fees for our services, we are capable of:

     a.  Providing a skipper and a crew to move your vessel from where ever it is currently located to where ever you want it moved.
     b.  Providing a licensed skipper for hire.
     c.  Providing a crew for hire.
     d.  Providing a licensed skipper acting as an underway consultant to accompany you on your movement - the scenario here being you, the owner of the vessel, continuing as the “skipper of record” while our licensed skipper acts as an advisor throughout your movement.
     e.  Utilizing your vessel; we offer instruction in vessel handling, sailing instruction, and voyage planning/navigation.

We are not prepared to offer licensed mechanical, electronic, or running gear expertise - in other words, anything beyond “operator maintenance, such as before and after operations checks. We have years of “operator expertise” but we don’t pretend to be qualified engine mechanics, electronic technicians, or structural engineers. Problems encountered in these areas beyond operator maintenance must be resolved through the use of outside contractors.

As you can see, we are flexible in our effort to tailor our services to your exact needs.    A vessel is a complicated piece of machinery requiring a variety of skills, manpower, resources and knowledge needed to safely make passage. There is no point in paying for services/skills you don’t need.

Costs to you will depend on such variable as:

          a.  Where your vessel is located and our related travel expenses
          b.  The time of year, type waters and seasonal weather we will encounter
          d.  Vessel size and type (a determining factor in defining the # of personnel needed to safely move it)
          e.  It’s condition. The cleaner, newer, less prone to potential breakdown, the less cost.
          f.  The simplicity or complexity of the move based on any special requirements you may have.
